AHRI works to set a professional standard forHuman resource practitioners. The body also organizes seminars, conferences, trainingworkshops and networking avenues as a way of ensuring the corporate market gets the best. Inthis assignment, I will look at three capabilities namely;Business DrivenCulture and change leaderExpert PractitionerThen show what each of them entails and give my own experience that qualifies me for agraduate HR position.What each capability entails1.Business DrivenThis is one of the most essential capabilities of a human resource manager. It forms partof the inner circle of the model of excellence .This capability basically involves the HRmanager having all the necessary information about the organization’s objectives,strategies, and most importantly the organizational environmental context as well. It alsoincludes the HR manager having full knowledge of the organization’s operations togetherwith its competitive advantage.(Armstrong &Taylor,2020) contends that this capabilityentails the manager ensuring the running of activities with regards to the objectives andin-line with the environmental context of the organization.As (Fazey, 2020) says, itentails focusing on the key and core activities of the organization and the performance ofthe organization towards the same.2.Culture and change LeaderIt’s another key capability of a HR practitioner in the AHRI model of excellence whichhas everything to do with the transformative and sustainability aspect of the organization

It entails the practitioner understandingthe culture of the organization and coming up with ways of transforming it to better theorganization performance. (Stewart &Brown, 2019) notes that It may involve adjustingthe culture slightly or even coming up with new productive and highly effective cultureall in effort to transform the organization positively.3.Expert PractitionerThis generally involves the HR practitioner applying their knowledge and expertise forthe well-being of the organization at large. It also involves them using their expertise tosolve the employee problems as well as coming up with new strategies and plans toimprove the performance of the organization as (Wright, &Constantin, 2020) puts it.
