CCJS 100 FIRST EXAM STUDY GUIDE This study guide is provided to assist you in maximizing your studying for the first examination. READ AND FOLLOW THE LISTED DIRECTIONS BEFORE TAKING THE EXAMINATION 1. The person sitting on either side of you CANNOT have the same color examination that you have. Either change your seat or ask the proctor to give you another examination. 2. Make sure all questions have been answered and all “bubbles” have been filled in. 3. Be certain you have included your last name, first name and student ID number on the scantron, and filled in all the “bubbles.” 4. Make sure you have written your Discussion Leader’s name in the top left-hand margin of the scantron and written the color of your examination next to your Discussion Leader’s name. 5. Please place your scantron in the designated area in the front of the auditorium. 6. Please place your examination in the designated area in the front of the auditorium. You should be able to distinguish between substantive criminal law and procedural criminal law
