Human resource strategies help to increase employee productivity and to identify key HR areas where strategies can be implemented in the long run to improve the overall employee motivation along with productivity. Human resources strategies will directly determine how effective the operational tasks will be through the recruitment of the right person at the right skills 3. What is performance management for the delivery of HR services in your own words? Performance management for the delivery of HR services is that performance measurement being settled in determining whether the individual have been working up to required standards of the workplace in achieving goals and directions the workplace has been determined as well as to see whether the individual’s competencies are aligned with company’s needs. 4. What is contract management for HR service delivery in your own words? Contract management is the services provided by external parties. The performance and management of these service providers could impact positively or negatively on the quality of service delivery that the HR function can attain for example, legal, training providers, subject matter experts to name a few.
