RE: Week 4,  Discussion 2  Shelia Tolbert   7/21/2010 6:42:54 AM Camille, this is true to create an environment that generates creativity. When people feel relaxed,  they are more apt to get the creative juices flowing, so to speak. When a person's mind is open to  new experiences, they want to pay attention more to the message (information). You have some in  the group that hinders that process. We as leaders just have to learn to manage that. Once we  have a creative process in place, we don't want to create any barriers to hinder that. I agree all  group members should listen to other group members before voicing their opinion.  Great post.  Respond   Controversy or  Creativity?. ......................   Roy Mccann   7/19/2010 7:45:36 PM      Any business hoping to be successful in today's quickly changing atmosphere, is looking to sharpen
