I was initially pleased with the performance of this notebook, however after only two week of use, the battery has already died. I chose to buy a HP laptop because of the quality of product I expected from this company. A notebook computer should not have any problems with it, especially within the first week of purchasing it. When I purchased this notebook, I expected to get 4 hours of battery life, but the battery only lasts about hour . Because my notebook is still covered under the manufacturers warranty, I would like to have a replacement battery shipped to me as soon as possible.
