However, His disruptive behavior has been causing problems for both the faculty and children. As you may be aware of from our previous meetings, we have been concerned about the following actions of Brett: Has bitten 6 other children; causing one to require stitches Has kicked his teacher Regularly scratches, hits, and pulls the hair of the other children Unfortunately even after several disciplinary measures, Brett’s behavior has continued to be a danger to the other children. Several parents have threatened to remove their children if something is not done about Brett’s behavior. It is not fair to the other children and parents who use Tiny Tots Day Care to force them to deal with Brett’s behavior; therefore Tiny Tots Day Care has no option but to expel Brett. This can be very stressful for a parent, and your positive attitude throughout this situation has been greatly appreciated. Alternate day care programs for Brett can be found at www.daycare.com .
