One prospective employer is IBM. After researching the company I found several reasons why IBM would be a great employment choice for me. IBM’s corporate headquarters is located at 1 New Orchard Rd Armonk, New York. Since the company was founded in 1896 as the Tabulating Machine Company, IBM has been a leading producer in both computer hardware and software. Some of the products and services that IBM offers include: Software Storage solutions Internet security Semiconductors Printing paper and toner Personal computers With a market value of over $126 Billion, in 2009 IBM was ranked number 14 on Forbes Fortune 500 list, and improvement from number 15 in 2008. IBM employs over 400,000 people in every profession from finance to engineering, making it the second most profitable
