Interview Assignment Directions: Below you will find a list of possible interview questions. It is possible that you could be asked some of these exact questions on an interview. In preparation of this possibility you will be submitting responses to seven required questions and three of your choice for a total of ten . Make sure to respond to the questions as if you were being asked then during an interview and provide as complete an answer as possible for each one. The required questions are: 1, 3, 10, 18, 22, 24 and 29. Again, you should choose any other three from the remaining list that you like for a total of ten. 1. What are your weaknesses? 2. Looking back, what would you do differently? 3. What was the toughest decision you ever had to make? 4. How do you feel about reporting to a younger person? 5. Can you work under pressure? 6. What would you say to your boss if he’s crazy about an idea and you think it stinks? 7.
