Cirque du Soleil 1. Strengths: They have maintain their amusing performance of artistic/exotic shows over the years and the performers are the talented employees itself. Weaknesses: They didn’t promote their business. They have the same storyline performance of a series that was showed on the cable television channel Bravo which has already won an Emmy. (in which the watchers/audience might get bored of it and thinks nonsense) Opportunities: To promote artistic traditional culture performance shows to international audiences. Threats: It is if they can’t get enough financial resources in the performances. 2. - Each exotic shows have a stage life of 10 to 12 years. - They have more than 300 streamstresses, engineers, and makeup artists
