TM (CA) Problems on G-Secs and T-Bills A. G-Secs: Bidding Rules: 1. Required amount of Successful bids (i.e the success ratio to be maintained by the PDs in G-Secs): 33.33% of commitment for aggregated bidding 2. For a PD to adhere to the commitments: The bids tendered should be > Commitment for aggregate bidding 3. For a PD to adhere to the successful bids: The bids accepted should be > Required amount of successful bids 4. Devolvement Rules: (i) Amount devolved on all PDs together: (ii) Amount devolved on RBI: (iii) Amount devolved on a particular PD: (i) 25% of Total amt. devolvement in G-Sec Issue (Notified Amount – Bids Accepted) (ii) 75% of Total am t. devolvement in G-Sec Issue (Notified Amount – Bids Accepted (iii) Underwritten % of the amt. Devolved on all PDs together. 1
