Everyone has been criticized at one point or another. 1. It is inevitable that it is going to happen, but how you handle it matters! II. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRINCIPLE 30  seconds A. Being able to take criticism and handle it is an important quality for leaders to  possess. 1. Leaders need to be able to take criticism and handle it because it  shows you are: -able to hear things you may not agree with or appreciate from  people. -able to show others to just be self confident in everything that you  do. 2. You should always be self confident and not let other’s words  bring you down.
