Part 1: Organizational Culture (Module 3): Reflect on an organizational culture you are familiar with (e.g., work, school, student group, etc.). a. Drawing from information provided in lecture and lab, describe at least two specific ways that the organization embedded its values in the organizational culture. (10 pts) b. Provide an example of a match and/or mis-match between the organizations’ espoused and enacted values. (5 pts) Part 2: Individual Differences – Self Monitoring (Module 4): a. How might you be perceived by others at work if you are: 1) an extremely high self-monitor and 2) an extremely low self- monitor. (5 points)
