SOM 301- Self Evaluation Due In Lecture: Monday, December 6, 2010 Section: Semester: Presenter: [Name] Group #: Project: [Project title] Each team member must complete a self-evaluation to identify his/her communication strengths and challenges as they relate to the concepts discussed throughout the semester. Example: Ability to provide feedback was demonstrated……….. As well as his/her contribution to the project based on concepts discussed throughout the semester. This evaluation will also be used to compensate for each team member’s level of contribution to the project. Those individuals who, as identified by their team members, contribute effectively to the team project can earn points to sustain the final project grade. Similarly, those who contribute less than is expected can negatively impact his or her final project grade. Points are deducted for students failing to sufficiently discuss his/her strengths and challenges based on the
