PR412 Problem Statement: Rough Draft Palouse PR Washington State University nursing faculty researchers have determined that primary care clinics in the Spokane region may not be providing adequate care to non-native English speaking patients due to a lack of interpreters in primary care clinics. This is a concern due to the need for improved nurse and patient communication in order to increase patient satisfaction and facilitate better healthcare to non-native English speaking patients. 412 Communications Since the inception of the Pullman Arts Commission, over a year and a half, there has been a lack of funding and communication on behalf of the Pullman Arts Commission. The organization is at a loss because there is little money for them. The Pullman community is at a loss because the Pullman Arts Commission is unable to uphold its mission to “enrich, enhance or enliven” the community with the arts. Without the arts the Pullman community is at a loss, both economically and culturally. The Pullman Arts Commission if funded
