Enclosed is a reporting of our situational analysis, research methods and findings, and campaign plan completed by our five person team. 412 Communications has conducted thorough research and a situational analysis keeping in mind the PAC ’s mission and goals. We have also conducted a high volume of secondary research from other comparable art commissions and organizations. The development and execution of a mall intercept survey and in-depth interviews has led us to our major findings, which is described in this report. The combination of the secondary and primary research has given us the necessary background information to create a campaign plan and make suggestions for implementation in regards to a community awareness and outreach campaign for the PAC. 412 Communications is excited to present you with our findings and campaign plan. We hope our research will prove to be helpful and lay the groundwork for building a successful arts organization uniting the community with art.
