Closing – Thank you and paperwork Analysis I chose to interview Heidi because she is in the process of obtaining her PhD in OBHR(Organizational Behavior and Human Resources) . She is my instructor for my Organizational Behavior class(OBHR 330). After taking many classes and after having some work experience I decided I wanted my concentration to be in OBHR. I haven’t had a job or internship in the field and was hoping she could give me some advice on how to start. I also wanted to see if she had suggestions about graduate school. Finally, I wanted to ask about her experiences working with Caterpillar. For the opening, I had planned to introduce myself and tell her about the project.
