Restaurant Review 1) Choose an AUTHENTIC restaurant (or you may eat at a friend/acquaintance’s house) that is not of your tradition. The websites below could help you locate a place in your neighborhood. 2) Research the cuisine of this tradition. 3) Record: What you ate When you were eating Ambiance (décor, music, etc.) Who else is eating there What is on the menu What is not on the menu Presentation of food (picture if possible) 4) Talk with the staff/owners about what a traditional meal in their culture is like.
