The learning process should be set in such a way that it meets the individual differences of every learner. The content to be covered must adhere to both the state and the school standards for the course objectives to be met. Moreover, the assessments for every activity should be designed in such a way that it meets the goals and objectives of the course, as well as the individual needs of the learners (Brandt, 2017).The thought process is linked with creating appropriate learning experiences and startswith the definition of the objectives. The objectives ensure that the learners are satisfied, reduces error in teaching and learning, hence effectiveness. Secondly, the teacher should understand the knowledge and skills that are needed to meet the set objectives.
