Brendan O’Neal Problem Statement MAN5226 This research will be conducted at Lee Mental Health, Inc. It will be based on the results from three surveys that are conducted on leader-member exchange, organizational satisfaction, and likelihood of turnover at Lee Mental Health, Inc. Lee Mental Health is the primary public provider of substance abuse and mental health services in Lee County and is a sizeable organization of more than 300 employees that is constantly struggling between growth and over-extending services due to a growing need, but limited resources and limited funding. According to the Lee Mental Health website, “Lee Mental Health prides itself in its task of strengthening the community by providing quality service and living by our core values of integrity, recovery, advocacy, service, individuality, innovation and teamwork. Lee Mental Health is a professional organization striving for innovation, while always hopeful and passionate”.
