CONFLICT OF INTEREST STATEMENT ETHICS PLAN: POLICY MANUAL PAFACOM, Inc. is committed to conducting all of it’s business in an ethical manner and within the guidelines that prohibit any and all conflicts of interest. Additionally, the organization adheres to all applicable laws, regulations and standards. Our ethics and conflict of interest standards were created and exist in order to: (1) provide guidance on employee and organizational responsibilities related to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and (2) ensure that individual care and business activities are conducted in an objective manner and are not motivated by potential or actual personal or financial benefit. A conflict of interest is any situation in which financial or other personal considerations may compromise or appear to compromise the following: ü The business judgment of any employee or other party in which we do business; ü the overall delivery of service; and ü the ability of an employee to perform the duties outlined in his or her job.
