JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Receptionist Reporting to: President Position summary: To answer telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner, answering questions about the basic product use and re-directing calls appropriately when necessary. In charge of keeping track of product orders placed directly via telephone. Quick and efficient correspondence with clients as well as other business partners. Primary Responsibilities and Duties Switchboard and reception area: Greet incoming clients or visitors in a positive manner and quickly notify the person being visited. Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible. Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required. Maintain a neat and tidy reception area. Respond to public inquiries in a professional manner. Administration: Quick and prompt reply to messages. Open, sort, separate and distribute mail and other deliveries for the personnel. Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system.
