Young A Park A37541265 MSU EAP 220-3 (Morris) Portfolio Autobiography, Final Draft My life course and hopes At university I am an ordinary student. But, similarly to others, I have a few special characteristics. In 1984 in Gumi City, Korea I was born as my parents' first daughter and was named by my grandfather. My name o (Young A) means Shining Widely. After my brother was born, my family moved to Daegu, and my school life continued. At first, when I met others, I was shy to talk to them. After that time, my personality became more outgoing and talkative, so I formed many friendships. In fourth grade, when I was 11, I started to learn English. In that time, meeting foreigners was interesting to me. So I liked to learn it and meet them. My parents wanted to teach me sports and music more than academic subjects. Accordingly, I learned piano, skating and much else. Also I received many prizes in those subjects and activities. And my parents took my brother and me to other countries. They wanted to show us many different nationals and cultures and planned for us to become cosmopolitan.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
