Idea #1: Get to know each other. Get to know your group.   Take the opportunity during  your first meeting to  introduce yourselves and get  to know a little bit about  each group member.

Idea #2: Set the Ground Rules Set guidelines for group meetings early.   During your first group meeting, work together  to set guidelines for meeting attendance and any  other ground rules.  (NOTE: Might be a good idea to identify vacations,  weddings, or busy times   so you can plan around  them.)
