Discussion Question 1 YES  To be successful, leaders must manage work teams effectively. Identify and briefly explain five to  ten methods for making teams successful by keeping them out of trouble. In your response be  sure to consider issues such as team mission, training, rules, regulations, expectations, and  feedback. There are many things that can be done by managers to make sure that a team will be effective on a set task. The first method would be to place people together that have the same goal and has the ability to divide task according to ability. The team leader could be given leadership training that could enforce the importance of directing, listening, and increasing productivity. Considering contingency plans for situations that could possibly happen during the completion stage of a task. Let all team members known that they have the option of discussing their beliefs, feedbacks, and opinions on how to improve productivity on the progression of a task or method.
