Unformatted text preview: 10 Points_________ Taryn Bright Individual Reflection Paper Section #64345 November 5,2010 My Reflection Over My Capstone Project This project opened up my eyes how teamwork is suppose to be done. I have always did the majority of the work when it came to group projectd, but when I did ths project I felt that the work was divided equally and we all communicated with one another to be on one accord. I am not saying I had the perfect group, because I had a frat boy, sorority girl, and a girl who had a job. Our biggest downfall was meeting up, because everyone had something to do everyday and night.this motivated me to step and handle my responsibilities. I love this project, because I got, gender equity as my topic and I am advocate equalitry among women and men especially in sports....
