Unformatted text preview: Getting Started To run the demo version of MATHCAD, you'll need an 80286, 80386, 80486, or Pentium-based IBM compatible computer and: A mouse supported by Microsoft Windows. A hard disk with 7 MB free space. A 1.2 MB 5.25", or a 720 KB or 1.4 MB 3.5" floppy drive. Microsoft Windows Version 3.0 or later. A monitor and a graphics card compatible with Windows. At least 4 MB of RAM. Installing and starting the demo To install Mathcad, make sure you are in DOS. Exit Windows if necessary.
