Using the categories and questions outlined on pages 4-5 of the required text and the sample (Exhibit 1.1) on page 6, complete a communication analysis to help you understand and analyze this case. Answer the following questions concerning the case "‘Cuttyhunk Bank." Your response should be both thorough and succinct; be sure to use correct spelling and grammar. 1. How do you evaluate the message Wilson gave Brock? Brock’s memo? The April 25 letter? Wilson's April 25th letter to members was highly uninformative and lacked a logical argument. He doubly states that members have no obligation to join the meeting, and yet he omits the real consequences of the meeting. From the long length and the lack of content, Wilson s letter seems to want to be boring and uninformative. As a skeptic, I would look at this letter and immediately expect that Wilson is purposefully hiding something by insisting that I do not go to this meeting.
