Please post a 150-300-word response to the following discussion question by clicking on Reply. In your own words, describe each of the five basic dispositional traits. Then, select one of the adjective pairs listed in the table for each of the five trait categories in Table 1.2 and describe where you think your personality falls in the spectrum of each adjective pair. For example: Extraversion: Talkative - Quiet; I am generally more talkative than I am quiet. I favor the talkative end of the spectrum. When I am at work, however, I tend to be quieter. OCEAN- Openness to Experience is to be open-minded. Conscientiousness is to act according to one’s conscience. Extraversion is to be one who is liked by many due to their sociable and friendly nature. Agreeableness is to be caring of others. Neuroticism is usually someone who over stresses and is high strung. Original-Conventional, I do my best to always think outside of the box and am less likely to do things in a conventional manner. Reliable-Undependable, I always stick to my word, my word is my bond.
