    Introduction The  FINAL  project in this course is to design a small  electric powered  CAR . Throughout the semester you will be working step by  step on the  DESIGN  and  CONSTRUCTION  of the car. You will learn new  TOOLS  that will be useful for your  project. At the end of this semester the cars will take part in a  COMPETITION  to determine their  performance.

    Labs’ Activities Examining  PREVIOUS  year’s cars and analyzing them. Learn new  PROGRAMS  that will help in the project. Work on a small  PCB  (Printed Circuit Board) for the car. Examine  REAL  car parts and different mechanisms. MANUFACTURE  some of the car parts.

  Scores will be based on the  RANKINGS  of each competition according  to the following rules: a. The  TOTAL  score of the contest is  50 pts 10 pts  for each event. b. The team who finishes 1 st  in  ANY  of the events will earn  13 pts c. The team who finishes 2 nd  in  ANY  of the events will earn  10 pts d. The team who finishes 3 rd  in  ANY  of the events will earn  9 pts e. The team who finishes 4 th  in  ANY  of the events will earn  8 pts . f. The team who finishes 5 th  in  ANY  of the events will earn  7 pts . g. All other teams will get a passing grade. Scoring scales and considerations might vary according to the performance of each team. Finishing first in all the events will result in a
