The project was funded by the Global Environment Facility, Managed by the United Nations Development Programme, and Executed under the Lebanese General Directorate of Urban Planning, Ministry of Public Works and Transport. The project falls under the Climate Change focal area and aims at the establishment of Thermal Standards for Buildings, and at enabling their adoption and application through the provision of capacity building and information dissemination. :: ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS This study is the result of a collaborative effort between national inputs and international expertise.
