Definitions Accounting System is the methods and procedures for collecting, summarizing, and reporting a business’s financial and operating information. Many companies have accounting systems that has transaction data as well as additional information (ticket reservations, frequent-flier mileage, etc.) A business’s accounting systems changes to fit the needs of the business Step 1: Analyze user information needs Step 2: Design the system to meet user needs Step 3: Implement the system
