BUSINESS ANALYTICS IMPLEMENTATION PLAN Abstract Over the last decade, climate change and its impending danger continues to gain more support in our society. Many people are becoming aware of the danger our planet faces if we continued to utilize fossil fuels as our primary source of energy. However, knowledge of the problem and knowing what to do to fix it or two opposing concepts. Regardless of the growing support for the implementation of renewable energy options, the general consumer is either confused, unaware, or unable to access the growing options available. The following report provides a blueprint of how Brand ReNewable Day intends to implement business intelligence as a foundation to promote renewable energy options locally and eventually, worldwide.

BUSINESS ANALYTICS IMPLEMENTATION PLAN Business Analytics Implementation Plan Introduction Inspiration Our planet moves closer each day to irreversible climate change that threatens the habitability of our environment. We see evidence of climate change, such as record-breaking hurricanes, floods, and snowfalls, continuing to increase yearly. Until recently, politicians worldwide have used the topic of climate change as a tool to increase support rather than the serious concern that it is. Fortunately, the majority of our global citizens realize the impact of climate change and are joining forces to combat the inevitable threat facing us (Groves, 2019). Company Vision Around the world, individuals, businesses, and governmental agencies are beginning to embrace concepts surrounding sustainable initiatives and incorporating them into our daily lives. Society is slowly beginning to move away from harmful fossil fuels and towards renewable energy. Brand Renewable Day L.L.C. intends to be a leader in the fight against climate change by advocating and producing products for wind, solar, and hydroelectric energy. The company’s vision is one where we partner with our global citizens to develop, manufacture, and distribute low-cost renewable energy solutions across a broad customer spectrum.
