Steps to use the Secured shell client to create the public_html folder and setting   permissions for it DOWNLOADING THE SECURE SHELL CLIENT   1. Go to following website link:  https://software.rutgers.edu/software/details.php?id=54 2. Enter your netid and password on this site and click on the “Secure Logon On” button.  You will see the web page for  Secure Shell and FTP Client 3.2.9. 3. In the list of files mentioned on the site, click on "setup.exe" (5.39 MB) to download the  client on your local machine.  INSTALLING THE CLIENT: Double click the setup.exe file that you downloaded in step 1 and install the client without  changing any of the default settings. As the last step of the installation, you will see a message  saying "Setup Complete". Click on finish and you are done with the installation. The installation  process creates a "SSH Secure File Transfer Client" shortcut icon on your desktop. USING THE CLIENT TO LOGON TO YOUR ACCOUNT:
