Unformatted text preview: priest is speaking as if he is god and as if he is an alcoholic. He speaks as if he hates being god and as if it is the worst thing in the world. The story ends off with him choosing to just drink another beer, and accept his fate as a god, although it is a assumes that the "god" who is speaking to us is really just the priest on the other side of the confessions booth with the little boy. This story was interesting and different. There were some interesting bits to it, and although it is a funny and relaxed piece, it may be offensive to some audiences, particularly religious ones. I enjoyed reading it, as it was a mixture of a lot of opposite characters and ideas in our culture. I look forward to reading another one of your pieces soon. Thanks, Erica Broome...
