Midterm Exam: Notes on Format The midterm is scheduled for Monday, March 15 (the Monday after spring break). It will cover all material through March 5. You will be able to write all your answers on the exam itself; you don't need to bring an exam booklet. The exam will be in four parts: 1) 20 Multiple choice questions. (40%). EX) Hesiod's works included the Theogony , Catalogue of Women (lost) and which other poem? (A) Iliad ; (B) ; (C) Atrahasis ; (D) Prometheus Bound . B 2) Brief IDs (choose any 10 of 14) (20%) EX) Pandora First woman, sent by Zeus to Epimetheus in revenge for Prometheus's theft of fire . 3) 10 Direct-Response questions (20%) EX) How do Utnapishtim and his wife prove to Gilgamesh that he has slept for six days and seven nights?
