Rutgers University Center for Supply Chain Management Student Project Scope 2010 Undergraduate Project _____ MBA Project _____ Sponsor Company: Financial Services Roundtable for Supplier Diversity (FSRSD) Date: _July 16, 2010__ Briefly describe the project and expected deliverables (attach page if necessary): Impact of Minority and Woman Business Engagement by Corporations on the U.S. Economy (with emphasis on minorities and women becoming business owners and the growth of M/Webs) FSRSD would like to better understand the impact on the economy when a company purchases goods or services from a MBE and WBE enterprise. Specifically, are there differences in the diversification population of people hired by MBE and WBE companies vs. non MBE and WBE companies and if so we need to see the supporting data. FSRSD would like to see differences by region (Northeast, South, Southeast, Midwest, West and Southwest) and as granular as possible. For example if data can be obtained by city that would be ideal.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
