Trash during and after event. Length of event may have to supply staff with breaks. Stadium Concerts (cont.) Carrying on with normal operations while special event is going on. Protecting the venue from damages. What it means revenue-wise. Involve multiple groups or agencies. Two Pearls These are events (both athletic and entertainment) in which you cannot recover from poor preparation. If you can manage these events, you can manage any event or venue in our industry....
