Unformatted text preview: Things I need to learn about this work and author to support my argument that this piece of work will be remembered and relevant to American literature in 50 years is a lot. I need to get to know why the Author thought what he wrote, what experiences he had to make him feel this way. I need to know how this piece of American literature has already shaped our views and opinions as a culture. Other than that I would like to know the reactions of the Democratic party of the time when he wrote this message. I will use a vast range of research tools to find thing that support my argument including libraries and archives, books and databases. Some of these include the state of Tennessee and North Carolina liberties, White House public documents searching; Censuses that they may or may not have and I will look for some reaction testimonials from Indian authors....
