A detailed action plan describing each of the specific steps you intend to take to achieve your goals. The action plan will be more focused on the steps of “making a difference” and how you will go about doing that from beginning to completion of the project. It will be helpful if you provide links to the leadership behaviours you expect to engage in along the way.
