The Labia Majora The outer lips that extend downward from the mons on each side of the vulva The skin is usually darker, with nerve endings and fatty tissue distribution similar to the mons The outer lips, next to the thigh are covered with pubic hair The inner parts, closest to the labia minora are hairless
