Samantha Snyder Field Notes People seem very comfortable in their movements and this is definitely because people come to Laughing Planet dressed in their street clothes. This is not a place that people dress up for or change to go to. A lot of patrons have dyed air and you can clearly tell because no one has naturally green hair. Many men looked grungy like they had not showered or shaved in a day or two, and a lot of poeople looked like their hair was really greasy. I saw a lot of people with tattoos, colorful tattoos that had flowers and animals and some writing. Many males were wearing hats, either beanies or trucker hats. Some men had their ears gauged but a lot of the people there had piercings, multiple holes in their ears or eyebrow rings, nose rings, or lip rings. Girls wore early hippy looking cross body bags. Everyone was dressed causally in jeans, skirts, shorts, and tons of vintage tee-shirts. There was one mom with her kids. She wore all black, yoga pants, and a tank top with sneakers. Her two daughters were wearing pink and purple
