SEMINAR QUESTIONS – WEEK 4 Instructions to Students: The seminar assessment in Week Four will be based on your participation in a role-playing exercise: you should adopt the position of the following characters, understand the aims and interests of the role you are playing, and be prepared to advocate for ‘your’ best interests: Group A: Alan; Group B: Brian; Group C: Cheryl; Group D: Deluge Water Co Ltd; Group E: EXPENSO Bank. To begin, each group will take its turn to present its own legal position on the issues that concern it. Each presentation should be brief – no more than 10 minutes in duration.
