David Park English 12 Torture’s Terrible Toll Vocabulary 1. Nefarious which means extremely wicked have to do with divinity because it is basically the opposite of the nefarious. 2. Disseminate comes from the Latin word diss min tus ē ā . Dis meaning to sow, semin meaning to seed, and ate meaning separate. 3. I think it became a common term because it is used frequently. 4. They are related because alienable has to do with owning something and selling. 5. The relationship between onerous and onus they have really similar meanings. 6. He choose these word because he is trying to basically confuse and make the reader read it and not sound as bad as it really is. 2. He uses that because he wants the reader to understand that these enemies are not just going to stand back and watch these enemies are going to attack
