David Park Kite Runner Chapters 6-9 1. The annual kite fighting tournament is when boys battle kites by covering the strings in broken glass. When a string is cut, the boys called kite runners chase the kite across the city until it falls. The last fallen kite of the tournament wins. 2. ^^ 3. The Trophy of Honor. 4. Hassan goes to chase Amir kite and he eventually finds it but get surrounded by Assef, Kamal, and Wali. They want the kite that Hassan has but Hassan refuses to give it up and he gets beat up and raped.
