David Park English 12 Queering the Campus, Loud and Clear (217) Vocabulary 1. The archaic meaning of the word incomprehensible is having no limits and overbearing. It differs from contemporary meaning of incomprehensible because incomprehensible means difficult to understand. They both have different meaning therefore making these two words spelled the right way but have a different meaning to them. 2. The root word of belligerent is belli. Comes from Latin word belliger which means waging war. 3. The meaning of the word trans is changing thoroughly. Another word that can be formed from the prefix trans is transsexual. Responding to Words in Context 1. A person who just listens and tries to understanding her surroundings. Usually because she is a person that wanting to make a change and talk a lot but she is trying to understand and hear the community she is in. 2. That that place is really quiet and everyone is just invisible walking around and they are just living their daily lives. 3.
