So now that we have our vision we need to assess them to see if they meet others needs. In the middle of the table you will find some pipe cleaners. You will have a few minutes to make yourself some glasses with these. Now that everyone has their vision glasses made lets put them on and start seeing what others see and how we can use our vision to help them and see how to use people as our resources. The third component of a vision is meeting others needs. Your vision can directly meet others needs and be indirect.
