Decision making:  Be able to make good decisions and be able to realize the effect their  decisions could have on their team.  Delegation/equality:  Recognize that equality on a chapter officer team is important and  understand that delegation of tasks is important to a healthy functioning team. Now you are probably wondering WIIFM? We know that you all can communicate. Some of you  probably get in trouble for communicating a little too much! But today, we’re going to find out  how good communication skills can make for better working habits.” *TRANSITION*:   “So, who here has had a moment on their team, where you’re trying to share your  ideas but it seems like nobody is listening to you or understanding you?? It’s a tough situation to deal  with. Everyone wants their ideas heard, but no one is willing to listen. Well, we’re going to see how well  your teams can communicate in this activity!”

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
