All of our products had to be absolutely top quality, while making sure that everything was being made correctly according to what a customer ordered. It was my duty to make sure these tasks were done in a timely, proficient manner at all times. As an assistant manager my job was to be in control of quality, employee performance, keeping the store clean and sanitary at all times, as well as making sure all employees were held to the same standards at all times.
