(2) The three renewable energy sources in the video are wind power, solar power, and biomass fermentation. Wind power is when wind generates power by blowing through turbines. The turbines turn like a fan when wind blows through it causing the turbines to produce energy. Solar power is produced when sunlight hits solar cells. These cells then convert the sunlight into energy. Biomass fermentation is when the biological materials from living or recently living things such as corn or what is left over after harvesting. This is then converted into sugar and then turned into ethanol. Some common challenges of managing and using renewable energy are issues of nature, specifically the condition of the weather. For example, when strong storms roll through an area the sky darkens and is not suitable for solar energy systems. Also, when temperatures are hot
