References: Sedra Smith, - Microelectronics Circuits, 5th Ed., Oxford University Press, chapter 3. Lecture Notes Procedure: a) Set up a circuit as shown below to measure the voltage: current characteristics of the germanium and silicon diode provided. (Do Not exceed 50% of the maximum ratings of the diodes) sketch the V-I curve in report. b) Assemble the OR gate and AND gate, as in figure below.
